Situated in the picturesque village conservation area of Burnham Market, close to the beautiful North Norfolk Heritage Coast with its miles of soft sandy beaches. Barley Cottage is near the village green, yet in a peaceful backwater, it is just a minute's walk from the local shops and restaurants, including ‘The Hoste’, making it the perfect venue for a relaxing holiday.

The cottage has been converted from the original Maltings building and its attractive flint and brick exterior is complimented by the wealth of exposed beams inside. In Summer the sun floods through the cottage and meals can be enjoyed outside, whilst in Winter it is warm and cosy indoors. There are night storage or electric heaters in all the rooms and in addition an electric fire in the sitting room. All electricity is included in the rental price.

The cottage comfortably sleeps 5/6 in three bedrooms and as this is our family’s holiday home, it is well equipped and furnished. The cottage is registered with Quality in Tourism and is 4 Star Rated. We regret we are unable to accommodate pets and the cottage is non smoking.
