The cottage is available all year round and prices range from £450 to £795 per week depending on the season.
We are also able to offer out of season short breaks from Friday to Monday or Monday to Friday depending on availability​

"Thanks again Sue and Andrew for the use of your lovely holiday home Barley Cottage, a perfect home from home in North Norfolk. It has everything anyone could need for a comfortable stay and the location couldn’t be better, only a minute’s walk from the centre of buzzy Burnham Market with its great shops and restaurants, but in a quiet cul de sac with private parking, a real bonus! It’s easy to get from here to the coast with its wonderful beaches, and to local attractions including Holkham Hall. I have lost count of the number of wonderful holidays we have enjoyed here, both as a couple and with our family.  This one was no exception and we can’t wait for our next one!"
